From a multinational background in sectors as diverse as medical, travel and fashion, Rosemary started Jigsaw Recruitment in 1986. At the time she believed that obsessions for successful match-making and outstanding service would be helpful in building an effective recruitment business.
Today she considers both obsessions essential.
The foreign languages she has picked up from living and working abroad, French, Italian and Spanish, have proved surprisingly useful when recruiting in London’s increasingly cosmopolitan employment market.
