We’ll study your CV and, if we think we can help you, we’ll invite you to meet a Jigsaw consultant. We’ll ask you to bring a copy of any recent skills test results with you - or you can take tests at our office or on line from your own computer.
A discussion with our consultant takes up to an hour plus any skills testing time. It’s quite in-depth as we want to understand what makes you tick as well as the type of work and office environment that's best for you. We also tell you about current jobs that might be good for you. By the end of the meeting, we know if we think we can help you find work that will really suit you and you know if you’d like us to. We’re candid with you throughout and, if appropriate, we offer advice.
We don’t send your details to any client unless we’ve been through their job opportunity with you and you’ve asked to be put forward. When a client wishes to meet you, we brief you fully so you know exactly what to expect. After the interview we make sure the feedback flows both ways. And when a client wants to offer you a job, we help you both to reach agreement. Then we stay in touch until you’re happily settled in your new role – and, we hope, for many years thereafter.
