Financial Adviser Full Time

Financial Adviser / Financial Sales Adviser / Financial Sales / Sales Adviser: Field based role working within the Guildford  Area, Basic Salary of £24,000, uncapped bonuses take the earnings to £45,000+

Jigsaw Recruitment are pleased to be working with this leading name within the Financial Services industry. Our client are looking to recruit additional Financial Advisers to their ever expanding sales team. This excellent opportunity will involve selling a range of financial products to new and existing customers in and round Guildford, Surrey

Previous Financial Services experience is not required for this position, however a strong, target driven sales background is essential.

The Role of Financial Adviser:

Reporting directly to the area manager you will be required to sell a range of Financial Services products to customers via pre arranged appointments at their homes. These products will include Personal Insurance, Savings, Investment, Pension Planning and Protection.

All of the leads are provided and you will be given all the tools to carry out the role, including award winning training and full support.

Candidate Skills and Experience Required:

• Candidates will need to have a successful background in target driven sales.
• You will be presentable, with a personable approach: You will be meeting with customers Face to Face at their homes (By Pre Arranged Appointments)
• A high level of self motivation to achieve and exceed set targets is a must.
• Excellent written & Verbal Communication and Customer Service skills are essential for this position.
• Previous job stability, our client is looking for someone who is career minded.
• Experience working on computer systems
• Facilities for a home office set up.

This role will suit a candidate who has experience of selling to customers in a highly targeted environment, this could be from a variety of sectors. Financial Services would be preferred but isnt essential

Salary and benefits Package:
