Marketing Administrator Full Time
Marketing Administrator and IT Support vacancy based in central London, Salary of £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience – Hybrid Working is available
Jigsaw Recruitment are working with a respected Wealth Management company who are looking to appoint someone in this unique position of IT Support and Marketing Assistant
This sort after and fairly unique opportunity has arisen for a IT Support and Marketing Administrator. You will be focused on the management of client and prospect relationship management
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Being the initial point of contact for IT & systems queries, which will include, but is not limited to:
- Dealing with 3rd party suppliers of infrastructure, telephone, internet and other software solutions
- Dealing with connectivity issues for both office users and remote users
- Configuration of new hardware to accommodate Company IT systems
- Password resets
- Regularly reviewing jobs submitted to the IT Helpdesk and resolving them
- Extracting reports & SQL queries from the company CRM system when required
- Dealing with ad hoc IT administration tasks
- All aspects of marketing administration, which will include, but is not limited to:
- Rebranding company documents as and when required
- Creating marketing materials including business cards
- Ensuring adherence to brand
- Extracting client lists for marketing campaigns and assisting with electronic mailshots
- Working with print agencies
- Posting new blog and website content
- Posting new and updating company intranet content.
- Posting new content on social media channels
- Ensuring staff communications are adhering to brand
- Dealing with ad hoc marketing administration tasks
Relevant Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Experience of Cloud based computing and Office 365 environments
- A desire to provide excellent support to staff to ensure the smooth running of the firm
- Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
- A passion for IT and an understanding of the importance of technology
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner at all times is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
- Ability to build relationships with external agencies
- A flexible and adaptable attitude towards work.
- Excellent time Management, ability to work to set deadlines.
- Ability to work accurately and in accordance with procedures.
